Overview

Vlogana is a digital learning service that provides immediate access to subscription content, video lessons, subtitles, study tools, and other members-only resources after purchase or activation.

Because access is granted instantly and the product is digital in nature, all sales are generally final.

Due to the instant access nature of digital services, all subscription fees, including monthly plans, annual plans, and other paid digital access products, once paid, are deemed final transactions and no refunds will be given, except where required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

you forgot to cancel before a renewal date;
you changed your mind after subscribing;
you did not use the service after purchase or renewal;
you used the service only partially during the billing period;
you are dissatisfied after receiving access to paid content or features;
you accidentally selected the wrong plan, billing cycle, or purchase option;
you no longer need the service;
you expected results faster than the service reasonably provides;
you experienced a compatibility or technical issue but did not contact us for support before requesting a refund;
you were unable to continue studying for personal reasons.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

When you cancel:

your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated;
no partial or prorated refund will be issued for unused time;
no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle that has already started.

Lifetime and One-Time Purchases

Lifetime access and other one-time digital purchases are also final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

Charge Errors and Exceptional Cases

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or experienced unauthorized billing, please contact us promptly with the relevant account and payment details.

We may review verified billing errors on a case-by-case basis. This review process does not guarantee a refund.
